A few years ago my doctor told me to take a baby aspirin a day. More recently, she said to stop the aspirin. Once again, I am baffled as to what is the correct course to take in maintaining my health and eating habits. Maybe if I read your articles, I'll be wiser. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteCarolyn, it's discouraging that they are always changing their minds! You think you have the cure-all or prevent-all and then 5 years later they say no, stop doing that, it causes some other horrible disease. Actually I thought aspirin was still considered to be a good idea as long as your stomach isn't sensitive to it.
